Małe Ciche

Małe Ciche

Małe Ciche’s secluded location in a great clearing among the forests of the Tatra National Park makes it a much less popular destination for skiers than many other towns in the Subtatra region. Nevertheless, the village offers very good conditions for ski lovers, while the slopes can boast beautiful, stretching views of the High Tatras. The ski runs are diverse, so there is something for both beginners, as well as more advanced skiers.

Getting there: Małe Ciche lies 107 km from Kraków. Go on the Zakopianka (road no. 47), and turn onto road no. 961 in Poronin (direction Łysa Polana). After 3 km turn right, following the signs for Murzasichłe, and soon afterwards turn left onto a side road through the forest.

MAŁE CICHE

“Małe Ciche” ski station offers: a slope of average inclination 17% ad the difference in altitude about 220 m, a modern 1250 m long chairlift and two T-bar lifts, superb runs, an equipment rental shop, maintenance and technical service station, a ski school, a sports shop, accommodation and catering facilities. The biggest asset is beautiful views of the Tatra mountains and peace. The station is situated 12 kilometres from Zakopane and 9 kilometres from Bukowina Tatrzańska.
