Snow Routes Through the Woods

Snow Routes Through the Woods

The „Snow Routes through the Woods” project is a proposal for a winter ski run. The routes have been designated in such a way so as to show the tourist the most beautiful places and charming corners of the Gorlice Land. In order to enrich the offer, the degree of difficulty of the routes has been diversified, thanks to which everyone will find something for themselves.
”Snow Routes Through the Woods” is the initiative taken jointly by the members of the Krzywa Village Development Association, owners of agri-tourism farms and lovers of cross-country skiing from Gorlice and village of Sękowa. Within the framework of the project, 80 km of routes have been designated and marked, including: the main route (green, 50 km), short- and medium-range route (blue and red). In addition, on the route there are two loops of sports routes, of 2,5 km and 5 km. The routes have been designated along charming forest paths. Skiers are accompanied by the beautiful panorama of the Low and Sądecki Beskids. The designated routes enable access to interesting places: ancient Lemko villages, Orthodox churches, chapels and cemeteries. Agri-tourism farms situated along the green route offer accommodation, delicious meals, ski equipment rental and have precise information about the routes.
