Bukowina Tatrzańska

In Bukowina Tatrzańska you will find a few dozen short ski lifts and easy ski runs. The stations are ideal for families with small children, as well as for skiing and snowboarding beginners. The town, being a well-known ski station, offers a wide selection of accommodation.
Getting there: Bukowina Tatrzańska lies about 100 km from Kraków. The best way to get here is from the direction of Białka Tatrzańska, turning onto road no. 960 after passing this town.

Dom Ludowy culture centre from 1930, a beautiful wooden house, where many interesting cultural events are held.
Highland Carnival in Bukowina, a national competition held at the turn of January and February, incorporating many interesting events, e.g. carol singing, traditional highland dance competition and racing on a sleigh, which was historically used to take children to their baptism.
Thermal springs in Bukowina, popular thermal bath, as well as an entertainment and bio-regeneration centre.

TURNIA

is the 400-metre double seat chair-lift. The slope is wide, artificially illuminated and snowed and very often snow-groomed. At the lower station, there is a parking lot for cars and a small catering point where you can eat and warm up after snow follies. There is also a possibility of renting a private instructor who will help us make our first steps in the snow.

RUSIŃ-SKI

RUSIŃ-SKI is a place to which the whole family can come skiing. It offers breathtaking views of the Tatra mountains. The following facilities are available to skiers and snowboarders: a four-person chairlift, two drag lifts, a babylift, a snow tubing lane and ski runs of varying difficulty. The main run is 800 metres long. An undeniable asset is a close proximity of thermal pools in Bukowina Tatrzańska, Szaflary and Białka Tatrzańska.

GLICZARÓW GÓRNY – U STENI

The “U Steni” ski complex is located in Gliczarów Górny. All lovers of snow follies will find there 3 ski lifts with a total length of the piste of 1000 m. The pistes start in the Fiśkowa Valley and end in Dziadkówka (about 1000 m a.s.l), where you can admire a breathtaking panorama of the Tatra Mountains.

The pistes’ degree of difficulty varies, so both the youngest and more experienced skiers will easily find something for themselves.

HIGH HILL

The High Hill ski complex is located in Bukowina Tatrzańska. In the complex, there are two T-bar ski lifts of 500 m and 600 m and with an elevation difference of 60 m. The complex offers the pistes for beginners and intermediate skiers. The pistes are artificially illuminated and snow groomed. At the lifts, there is a parking lot. In the complex, there is a ski equipment rental, ski school and regional inn. 

Cabanówka

The Cabanówka ski lift is located in the village of Suche, the commune of Poronin. The T-bar lift of 450 m and with an elevation difference of 40 m has a piste with artificial snowmaking, illumination and sound system. Next to the lift, there is a regional catering cabin. The piste is snow groomed. The Cabanówka complex also has the accommodation facilities near the ski lift. For skiers, there is also a parking lot.
